London Deliveries

CDL London Fulfilment despatch all orders within the timescale agreed in the Service Level Agreement. This process is controlled by the IFS Transport Module providing live information to the Client Services Team on the status of all orders, that allows them to allocate the required resource.

Additionally, this information is available in real time to the Client, via the IFS extranet. This ensures full visibility at any time including an electronic POD (Proof of Delivery) signature capture.

CDL London Fulfilment offer the following options:

  • In house delivery fleet catering for addresses inside the M25. This ensures first time, every time delivery success. This has both Environmental benefits and greatly reduces the potential for errors whilst providing significant cost savings.
  • CDL uses two man delivery delivery teams when required, who have specialist knowledge of specific station delivery requirements that include parking limitations to ensure first time delivery.
  • CDL also provide multiple integrated Royal Mail and Carrier options for UK and Worldwide.
  • Real-time, online ‘Track & Trace’ incorporating signature capture.
  • Online POD available for all deliveries.
  • Collection and returns service.
